Do you notice how we look for the most suitable stranger in the street to take our photograph for us. I noticed myself vetting strangers in the street today for their suitability to press a button on my camera. I astounded myself with the internal process of analysing who would be the best stranger to press a button – ‘No, I won’t ask this old lady because she’s too old and looks cold. I will wait for someone more suitable… ‘No, that person is too young and not yet mature enough… ‘No, that person is too Chinese or looks a bit Chinese and might not know what I am asking!!’ My Lord, a Chinese hermaphrodite albino would understand you if you talked to them in Welsh as long as you have a camera in your hand!!
